John Yancey Oceanfront Inn - Kill Devil Hills

Immaculately clean good value hotel with an excellent pool and a stunning location next to the beach as well as many shops. Highly courteous and best staff and good service.

We greatly enjoyed being here. Travelled with our husband, spent 2 nights here and had a really great stay. It was in a marvellous and particularly good location in the "cafeteria ". In general the staff were kind and superfriendly;)))

The area was a little dirty.

The ocean view from our room was fine, and the direct beach access. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, which sometimes disrupted our rest. Improvements could include more breakfast options and additional seating comfort in the room.

Loved that it was at a medium distance from Peace of The Pie, ate there couple of times.

The beach access is directly from my room. The pool is large and family-friendly, perfect for kids. The breakfast included fresh eggs daily. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the sand.

Breakfast included fresh options like croissants and some healthy choices. Beach access was super easy, just steps away!

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the perfect location being so close to beach access. The view from our room was amazing, and spending time by the pool added to the relaxation. The breakfast options could use a bit more variety. It was a great experience with comfortable rooms and friendly vibes throughout.

I had a fantastic stay. Ocean view from the room was stunning. Breakfast included fresh-cracked eggs and various options. Location was perfect, just steps from the beach. The large swimming pool was a big hit with the kids. 🌊

the hotel's location was excellent and absolutely incredible in the "cafeteria ". moreover, it was near the beach, affiliated nearby restaurant and 1hr to hatteras lighthouse.

Y'all, the oceanfront rooms are a dream! It's like waking up with the waves as your alarm clock. Plus, my fam had a blast picnicking by the lovely outdoor area and was just a hop, skip, and jump from nearby eats like Mama Kwan's, such a jam!

Now, fair warning about the luggage 'carts. ' They're more like pint-sized hand trucks-definitely not the sturdy beasts we need for lugging all our beach gear.
